Hi everyone and welcome to Tuesday. It's Twinsie Tuesday time! I am finally feeling better and am at my first day back at work today :/ Fun right? I do however plan to make a little trip to Sally's and Ulta after work since I haven't been in a few weeks :) I'm looking forward to that. I just saw some limited edition OPIs at Sally's in their ad and I'm also hoping to find the new OPI Brights and the Essie Neon collection. Right now I'm in the middle of swatching the new Zoya collections and the bright polish bug has hit me. That and I have a crazy dark tan so different colors look good on me ;)Today's TT theme is "nail appliques" and there seemed to be quite a bit of leeway in the theme. I myself was unsure as to what qualified as appliques so I went with some Spring nail strips. My strips are from Incoco and I have two different looks to show you.
My first look uses the nail strips as they are typically worn, one pattern at a time. This pattern is called Tea Party and it's a mixture of roses and pale pink polka dots on a white background. I loved the look of this set. I really need to give intricate flowers a try. I've never tried doing them but I love when other people do.
For my second look I wanted to do a fun little skittlette mani with the nail strips. I never shy away from wacky and fun combos so this one is no different :) On my pointer and pinky nails I used Incoco Daydreams pattern. My middle nail has a mauvy pink set from Incoco and my ring finger has the floral pattern by Incoco. Although they don't necessarily match one another, I would still wear something like this because it's funky!
There you have it, my take on nail appliques. I hope you enjoyed this and don't forget to check out the other Twinsies below. Incoco nail strips can be found here.

The first mani is perfect! I love the flowers. It's perfect for spring summer or even for a wedding if you wanted to go for something a bit more interesting without going over the top
